Within these work breaks there are active breaks, also known as work gymnastics, which are composed of exercises that are performed in just a few minutes and that provide an increase in productivity during the work day.

It is important to perform two (02) active breaks during the workday; you can do one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

Then, a routine of eight (08) repetitions per movement, with a maximum duration of two (02) minutes in total, being at your seat you will do the following:
Flexion and extension of the neck.
Neck rotation.
Circular movement forward.
Circular movement backwards.
Flexion and extension of elbows with closed cuffs.
Flexion and extension of dolls.
Circular movement of dolls.
Rotation from right to left.
Flexion and extension of knees.
Flexion and extension of ankles.
